Who|What will take YOUR job?
- A robot or automation?
- Illegal immigrants or outsourcing?
With millions of Americans already displaced from the labor economy, with growing disenchantment among those who do have a job, and with the next levels of automation poised to deliver another massive employment blow, the future of work is in question. Experts think the time to act is NOW, but we’ve barely begun to talk.
Dick Miller will outline the current situation, and will take us back to some of America’s past adjustments of this kind. Then he will suggest some NEW ways to look at work and to guaranteed good lives for all. Come, and bring a friend!
